PMRank® Workshop Online

Now you can attend the globally recognized workshop on project prioritization at your own pace. The PMRank Online is available at our online school!

In 4 hours of video, exercises, and supporting materials, Ricardo shows how an organization can manage its projects portfolio and understand the decision-making models to select the appropriate projects. The students will support Tiger Screws, a fictitious screw and connector factory with global operations, to seek the improvement of the market company position, and they must do so through the elaboration of a different strategic objective.

The workshop provides a hands-on approach to better select projects for your organization's portfolio. The participants use case studies, a set of varied criteria, and decision-making models, such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), to properly understand how to decide the right mix of projects to be undertaken.

Every lesson is usually between 5 and 20 minutes, so you will learn everything you need to know in just the right amount of time at the right pace.

The methodological basis for all the PMRank's work can be found in the Standard of Portfolio Management published by the Project Management Institute and in the Management of Portfolios (MoP) published by the UK Office of Government Commerce (OGC) / Axelos.

The workshop was recorded in English with subtitles in English, Brazilian Portuguese (Português do Brasil), Spanish (Español), French (Français), Arabic (عربى), and Simplified Chinese (中文).
