Project Procurement Management

This course's objective is to qualify students in project procurement management embracing the entire project external environment and its influence on the project success and failure variables.
The course will allow the student to distinguish the types of contracts and its applicability, and will also present the professional responsibility aspects and the procurement process itself as a way to increase value, profitability and a way to enhance the project success chances.
