Project Time Management

Ensure the project schedule compliance through the ultimate practices of schedules development and control.

To qualify students in project time management, administering and interpreting the schedules.

The course will also introduce the tools to be daily used in the time management.

Scope of work

At the end of the course the student will be able to:

  • Decompose the project scope through the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to the activities’ level
  • Develop a realistic project schedule
  • Establish connection between the tasks that reflect the real work
  • Determine the schedule’s gaps and delays
  • Determine the work duration through the PERT Analysis
  • Understand the fundaments of the critical chain
  • Identify and determine the project's critical path
  • Reduce the time through the Compression and Fast Tracking methods
  • Execute the project control considering the main change sources
