The Sustainability Pulse® is designed for executives, strategic planning teams, investment planning teams, project managers, and other stakeholders involved in project and program management.

Despite being welcome, experience in projects or sustainability is not required for the workshop. During the training, all knowledge necessary for comprehension and participation will be presented.

How it works

In this workshop, participants will collaborate with a fictional company to enhance its sustainability efforts. Identify key sustainability drivers within the company's main projects, assess the impact of dynamic, interconnected initiatives, and connect the workshop’s challenges to real-world sustainability issues.

Participants will receive information about the fictitious company Tiger Screws and will follow steps to assess, plan, and implement the necessary actions to align project sustainability aspects with organizational direction. Additionally, participants will understand the importance of sustainable aspects and the relationship between value, benefits, and sustainable practices. They will also discuss ways to incorporate sustainability into the day-to-day management of projects.


Scope of the workshop

This workshop aims to enable participants to incorporate sustainability practices into their projects, using the case study of the fictitious company "Tiger Screws" as a basis. Throughout the sessions, participants will:

  1. Analyze the current sustainability scenario of the fictitious company - Review information about "Tiger Screws" to understand its main challenges and opportunities in the field of sustainability.
  2. Explore the Relationship between Value, Benefits, and Sustainability - Discuss and understand how sustainable initiatives add value to projects and generate long-term benefits for the company and society.
  3. Materialize Sustainability in Projects - Examine and debate practical strategies for implementing sustainable actions in real projects, translating the concepts addressed in the workshop into applicable practices.

With these topics, the workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of sustainability drivers and the connections between various initiatives, linking fictitious challenges to real ones for a practical and applicable experience.
