The course seeks to introduce the student to the practical concepts of transforming ideas into tangible results.
Without prescribing a specific delivery method, Ricardo discusses the project management scenario in the world and the main approaches for its implementation: from predictive models to agile methods.
In the course, the student will understand the principles proposed by the PMI's Project Management Standard and, at the same time, will understand its relationship with PRINCE2, Scrum, Scaled Agile and other agile methods.
Through two case studies, the participant will learn to define the best approach and understand aspects ranging from complexity and VUCA to change management and adaptability, from the human skills required to deliver to the critical value-generating measures.
