Ricardo is a former Director at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), former Executive Director of the Brightline Initiative and the first Latin American chair of the Project Management Institute (PMI). As a board member certified by IBGC, he brings a governance view to every AI discussion.

Ricardo co-authored the Harvard Business Review article "How AI Will Transform Project Management," which ranked among the most-read articles worldwide for nine consecutive weeks. He also created several LinkedIn Learning courses on AI, including "Leveraging Generative AI for Project Management," taken by over 220,000 professionals.

Together with strategy and execution expert Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez, Ricardo leads a global initiative on the future of AI in project management, combining thought leadership with practical transformation.
