Hello everyone. Here is Ricardo Vargas, and this is a 5 Minutes Podcast. And today I want to share with you five artificial intelligence tools I recently discovered that can transform the way we manage projects. And I almost bet with all of you that you have never heard about them before. And just to be clear, I'm not sponsored by any of these companies, nor do I receive anything to mention them here. Okay? So the first one, it's called Study Fetch, it uses AI to create personalized tutors from your own documents, allowing you to interact with the content as if you were talking to a teacher or a tutor in real time. Imagine uploading your project plan or a technical document and being able to ask direct questions about it. And it's a very learning friendly and it's a huge game for internal training and team alignment and a great tool, for example, for a PMO that wants to promote, for example, a different method or a different way to do risk assessment. You can use the Study Fetch to help you with that. The second one is Granola, this app captures your meetings and generates automatic summaries, and the most interesting feature it creates a ready prioritized action list. And this is what makes it different from other meeting note takers for meetings. So, for those who run multiple project meetings every week, it's a very nice tool. I also use Plaud, which is a very popular tool. It's the tool I'm using currently, but it's a very interesting tool, mainly in the way it prioritizes the actions you need to take in your day-to-day meetings. The third one is very polemic. You know, it's very interesting, but very polemic. It's called Limitless, and it's formerly known as Rewind. It's a small device, like a pendant that you use with yourself 24 times seven, and it records an index and lets you search everything you have seen, heard, or sat on your computer and phone is like a recorder for everything. And it's amazing because you can say, well, I don't recall what I said to this team member in the meeting three weeks ago. You can just rewind and find this information, but let's be honest, it's both fascinating and a bit scary, right? To have something to listening to myself 24 times seven. So, it's something that I'm using, but I'm still struggling to see, okay, how will be my life and my personal life if I'm wearing this 24 times seven. So, it's quite challenging in terms of privacy, but it's an amazing product, okay? And it is amazing that you should try. The fourth one is called Mylens. It combines computer vision and contextual recognition to analyze images and videos you capture during your project’s day-to-day. Providing automatic insights. It's like your eyes. It can range from documenting the physical progress of a construction, for example, to identifying vital issues that need immediate attention. So, it's like you having a bionic glass, you know? Eyes that are able to see, interact, and give advice on what is being seen at that time. And finally, the fifth and last one I want to share with you. It's called Emlo or Emotional Logic, with its products FeelGPT and Emotional Diamond. This is all about interpreting emotions in communications, whether it's a text, or meeting, or an audio. Keeping your understanding, the emotional climate of your team and you are able to act even before, I would say a conflict potentially arises. And it's very interesting because the FeelGPT captures, for example, the mood in a meeting, and how the team morale is in the meeting. And it uses AI based on the tone of voice to identify that an emotional diamond takes a video, for example, with a camera. And by identifying your tone of voice with your visual and facial expression to suggest, okay, it's angry or it's emotional or it's neutral, or it's sad or happy, to guide you, and this is a great tool for those who are struggling to identify emotions in team members. Okay? It's a very interesting tool. For example, I sometimes use it just to confirm some of my personal feelings, and sometimes I am surprised because I listen to what FeelGPT tells me, and I say, Wow, I didn't think it was that way. And it helps me to guide and improve my communication. And it's very important in projects, dealing with emotional dimension is just as important as managing scale and budget. I cannot repeat this more often than I do, okay? So, these five tools show that AI is not just here to automate tasks, but to expand our ability to understand the site and act better in the projects we manage. And often, the most transformative solutions are not the most famous ones. This is why I didn't speak today about ChatGPT, or I didn't speak today about Gemini, because these ones are very famous. I tried to look for the ones we discover when we explore new paths. Think about that. I hope you enjoy this episode. Try these tools and see you next week with another 5 Minutes Podcast.
