Hello everybody welcome to the five minutes BM podcast today for the Part five of the Career Podcast. So we are closing this series about Career and that we'll be covering the two last dimensions of the Career in Project Management that is at Ethics. And Relationship talking about Ethics Ethics is a, a very challenging topic because a lot of people misunderstood Ethics and why people misunderstand Ethics because they think that Ethics and what is legal is the same thing.

No, it's not because it's legal. That is ethical. It's very, very important that we need to understand that a very ethical behavior not always produce good results in the short term, people can perceive you, Oh, this is in January T O this, this person does not know how to play the game because to play the game you need to be natical. So it's very, very important that you need to remove your focus from the immediate winning.

So you need to understand that your reputation is everything you need to give your life to defend it. Like the Bob green book, 48 laws of power. So you need to understand the reputation is everything. And you build your reputation through a net behavior. I like very much the Institute for global Ethics. If you go to the world website global ethics.com, you can see many, many of them jesus' of ethical behavior that will help you heavily on understanding.

What is that ethical behavior is. And it's not an, all the dilemma's on the apical side, talking about those who are starting the Career you need to understand, and that you are not in an ultimate fighting game. You are not that you can do pretty much everything to win. You need to understand that is more concessions you make today can have a huge, a huge value early for you in your image, a future.

So it's very, very important that you give you the first steps in it, in your career, in the right way. Because if you don't do that, you can destroy everything for those who are transitioning, Career never, I will repeat you. You never ever give up your principles. You need to promote Ethics in actions. And not only in your speech, because talk about we call behavior is so nice. Write is very charming, but you need to practice.

You need to show in your actions, this ethical behavior, and for those who are opening to new, you need to use attics as a competitor advantage like you do with your credentials. If you don't have one, but you need to build a decent profile, a decent each your image, each of your advertisement, don't put a terrible photo, publish nicely, put your experience, your relevant experience.

Don't put fake data because there's will not support you do. This will go up against You on the ethical side. Is that start enjoying new relevant social networks and big, careful this.
