Hello everybody welcome to the five minutes. BM Podcast many times I spoke about how to motivate your team, how to motivate the people around you, but how to motivate yourself as the project manager. This one, you said big, big challenge because the success of the Project is extremely related to the drive to the Motivation of the province. You need to understand this. And we look always for the comfort zone and in the project environment, there is no comfort zone at all.

And the third step is the learning. Even in the very tough decisions, even when you do everything wrong, the learning is there. The learning is there for him to many times, I didn't have the traditional drivers to do the project, for example, the money or the sense of purpose. But at least I said, okay, but at least I have a big, big chance to learn at a big, big chess. You would understand something that I'm not using.

And then I can improve my ability an over the years, this brick by brick makes a huge difference on your South. Motivation every day I wake up nine, 9.9, 9% of the days, I wake up happy with a lot of drive to make things because I know that I don't need too much support from people around me to be motivated. And then you start to contaminate people each, not an easy task. It's not, that makes a huge difference in a success or failure of your project.
