Crash Course on Agile Delivery

Learn the concept of Agile for projects, the various practices, and the importance of Leadership.

Agile, previously seen as a project management approach used only for IT teams, has been gradually increasing its influence on projects outside the IT area and can be used in any project, especially those with many uncertainties. Companies like Google, Amazon, Spotify use the agile approach and are great examples of agility.

Today, we live in a volatile VUCA environment with many uncertainties that directly affect the development of projects, which need to be prepared to generate the expected results and adapt quickly to constant changes.
