Hello, everybody. Welcome to the five minutes PM podcast. Today. I'd like to talk to you about one thing that happens with me about one month ago, I was not to use it. A fan of this kind of pop music. I like, but it's not my favorite thing to do, but I was invited about one month ago to go to three shows in France, in Paris and the seal show Madonna and YouTube. This three shows in a row in four days, I went to this three shows and I'd like to talk a little bit with you about project management.

And when they arrive at, in my first show, it was the Seal show. It was Wednesday it's okay. Okay. Let's have fun. Let's enjoy. And with that arrive at, they saw something different is happening here. Everything working perfectly smoothly, people coming in, going now out all the scenario, everything ready. And we have a lot of fun. Max day. The same place is exactly the same place, a not a planet.

Something completely different happens in 24 hours. They destroyed everything for one show in the built up. Do you think for the next one and the next one was the Madonna. I was shocked. And then I say, what is that? How can they can build such a huge infrastructure in 24 hours? I imagine it took to me to understand two, three, four days to understand what happened.

This sound perfect. The scenario perfect. 250 people working smoothly on the backstage, 3,500 pieces of clothes, 70 or 70 guitars, electric guitars, 650 hours of training, including training to change closed. Madonna close to 90 seconds to do that and everything.

Sure. Perfect. So perfect that I started during the show too, to check out parts of the scenario and CEC is more parts of the video and they say, if everything is so perfect, can I say we must have a great project manager behind this 36 different designs, 28 people from 20 different countries. This is such a critical Project imagine prepare a one stage, prepare one show tracks and trucks with all electronics and everything, but everything together in 24, ours to have a show for 20,000 people.

And then the next day back at everything and do the show in the novel, our city, it's such an amazing logistics in a, such a huge Project to make everything work. And it's, it's so incredible. When I was two days after Madonna show, I went to the YouTube Concert and say, my God, what is that happening here? 75,000 people that all the time he was in the middle of the stadium, not in one part of the stadium, the public can see the show 360 degrees.

It's like a spider. And I say, my God, we're not talking only about music. It's such a powerful entertainment. That was Chuck it. And I say, and I said, this is such a good project manager behind us to put everything ready on time. And there's this tree shows everything went perfectly, perfectly, not nine, 9%, but 100% perfect own time.

Own time, no Reese Z zero problems during the show. No problem with sound. No problem with video. No problem with the screens. No problem with the dancers. No problem. With any musical instruments, about 140,000 people went to district shows. They have a huge fan. I had a huge fan and I went back home thinking it's such a wonderful thing to work with project management, because it's so great to see that project management can not be applied only on a petrochemical roads, airports and this one, what kind of a huge project, but also huge projects to build, to have fun, to make people happy to make people enjoy themselves.

It's such a great insight. So perfect. It's so perfect. I remember one time Madonna was dancing and something, and then he put her hands in the back. Immediately. Someone happened, someone appeared and pick up her mic and then she stops. And I think it's such, it's so perfect. It's a second. It's a second. All of the synchronization, and this is really, really congratulations to you to go to Madonna two Seal because its not only music.
