Dependency and Structure Modelling (DSM, also known as Design Structure Matrix) techniques support the management of complexity by focusing attention on the elements of a complex system and how they relate to each other. DSM‐based techniques have proven to be very valuable in understanding, designing, and optimizing complex system architectures such as those of products, organizations, and processes.

Ricardo will speak at the conference talking about the use of DSM in large scale transformation initiatives.

Ricardo will speak at the opening keynote for the 26th Technology Week for Metro-Rail Systems. The purpose of the event is to stimulate the development of the rail transport sector in Brazil, contributing to promoting technological development, the improvement of public policies, the training and technical development of professionals in the sector, the clarification of the population, the exchange of information and the dissemination of good practices, nationally and internationally.

Collision is the fastest-growing tech conference in North America. Now in its sixth year, Collision has grown to over 30,000 attendees. Following the lead of our European event Web Summit, Collision has become a crossroads for the world’s most influential buyers, sellers, emerging companies, and policymakers.

Ricardo will represent Brightline at the event. Due to COVID-19 the event is now online.

The XV Brazilian Congress on Project Management and Leadership is an initiative for the national integration of PMI chapters in Brazil. Each year the event takes place in a different city, in order to encourage the participation of members from all over the country and integrate the Brazilian Chapters of PMI. In 2020, due to the fight against COVID-19, the event will be online, on May 28th and 29th.

Ricardo had participated as a keynote in a panel on the future of project management in a post-pandemic world.
