PMI Webinar - Insights from the Latest Global Study on the AI-Powered Project Management

Artificial Intelligence is transforming how organizations plan, execute, and deliver change. Yet while hype surrounds AI tools, little data exists on how AI is actually being used in real projects.

In this exclusive session, Prof. Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez and Dr. Ricardo Viana Vargas will share the results of the 2025 Global AI in Project Management Survey — the most significant research initiative ever conducted on this topic, with input from 870 professionals across 97 countries.

You’ll discover how project managers are using AI to enhance planning accuracy, speed of delivery, cost efficiency, and risk management, and what skills are emerging as essential for the AI-powered project leader. The session will also explore what these trends mean for the future of work, the Transformation Age, and the evolution of project-based organizations.

Ricardo is the host of this special O'Reilly event dedicated to AI and project management professionals.

Modern work is inescapably project-based. Everything from managing complex strategic initiatives and launching products to spinning up a side hustle is a project. This GenAI Superstream is designed to help you move from scattershot chats to more effective, reusable agent-driven workflows. You’ll learn how early adopters across the enterprise are using no-code tools to deploy autonomous AI agents that deliver tangible results, significantly improving project planning, predictability, data and risk management, and stakeholder communication. We hope our AI specialists will inspire and empower you to build agentic workflows that meet your unique needs. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how to work more effectively with AI, boosting your productivity and improving your project outcomes.
