We are honoured to announce this Keynote. Ricardo Vargas was the founder of PMI-MG and being back 20 years later to celebrate with us is a milestone in the history of our chapter.

The theme of the lecture is the Future of Work and Career in Projects.
We live in a world where change and instability is the rule. In this chat with Ricardo Vargas, participants will be able to understand the main challenges in the world today and how projects are becoming the only “modus operandi” capable of responding to such volatility. It also addresses what the new project career is, where terms “management” and “projects” are replaced by “deliverables”, “results” and “initiatives” and the project manager permeates not only a profession but an ability to life.

Ricardo Vargas will participate for the first time in a congress in the state of Ceará in Brazil. At the event, he will share his insight into key job and project trends in a changing world. It will discuss the positive sides and key challenges facing companies, governments and society to deliver results in an increasingly unstable scenario, where small events can have significant impacts on project outcomes and the skills required of professionals.

The Forum not only aims at analysing current developments, causes and driving forces but also at delivering new perspectives and orientations.
