To help executives bridge the gap between strategy design and implementation, the Project Management Institute has launched an initiative called Brightline. Ricardo Vargas, Executive Director of Brightline, is a globally recognized expert in strategic processes and on September 25th, 15: 00-17: 10 he will teach at an exclusive closed workshop at Focus Advokater in Odense. The event is linked to the Thinkers50 European Business Forum, which will take place on 26-27 September, but the workshop will be free to participate.

Brightline is Rise partner and will be releasing the book Strategy at Work in Chinese during the conference.

Ricardo will deliver the PMFits workshop on June 3rd. It will be the first public delivery of the workshop. On June 4th, Ricardo will present a special edition of the portfolio management workshop PMRank. He will also deliver a keynote at the end of the day and will present PMOtto, the leading AI Interface for project on June 5th.

Ricardo will attend the Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management Summit to introduce PMOtto.ai and discuss with Microsoft leadership about Brightline Initiative and Strategic Initiative Management.

Ricardo Vargas will be the keynote speaker on May 25th, 2018 and will talk about Strategic Initiative Management at one of the largest conferences in Eastern Europe: the Combis Conference in Croatia. With more than 500 attendees, Combis is a high tech conference aiming to inspire young leaders to drive technology to build a prosperous and inclusive world.

Ricardo will represent Brightline Initiative on a keynote about the Brightline 10 Guiding Principles. Brightline is a key partner of ASP in the conference that will discuss the gap in understanding, performance, and execution of strategy. This gap invariably translates into unwanted costs, lost opportunities and the failure to execute.

Ricardo and the Brightline Initiative team will conduct a workshop on Strategic Initiative Management. The summit will discuss the harnessing the power of emerging technology, how to stay agile and incubate innovation within a large corporation, leading the charge for sustainability while ensuring profitability, communicating and implementing a strategic vision that employees support.
