Hello, everybody. Welcome to the five minutes BM podcast today, like to discuss with you a few, the Integrated Change Control System Integrated Change So the first thing that I want to share with you is the misperception regarding Change a lot of project managers. They have the misconception of a thing that change is something to avoid to avoid. The good project is the process that does not change.

And this is impossible and the real life will leave in an open system. It's impossible to control everything. It's impossible to plan a nuclear power plant, a huge airport think, okay, no change in the next five years, this doesn't work. That's definitely this doesn't work.
