Hello everybody. Now I want to continue the Podcast about stakeholder management than how to do this in a very practical way. So last week I started to describe to you a recycler, like a pirate sight that you can do to produce the So. We have the first piece of flipchart when we did all the brainstorming and where we place it in two different cars, all of our allies and all of our, a positive on that project. So we do have the top of the bottom part of this flip chart on the bottom port, you write at the top, a title, call a monitor on the top.

Teitel you put the act so we will have a paper with act on the top and with a monitor on the bottom half and half on the top part, I want you to draw five lines, create five columns of the first half of the paper. This five columns we'll have five different titles. First titled you will write who second, what? Third? Why the fourth impact and fifth and last one action owner or just owner if you want.

So we have on the top five columns. Okay. Then you we'll be starting truths, feeling the posted notes from your analysis to your action. The action could be a real action on the top or just the monitor action. So let's suppose that you took first posted. The first person is John. Then you will be deciding with the group, should we act immediately? We need to do something on the plan or an oncoming it regarding Jon or should we only monitor John monitor means, keep a look to see if something will happen.

So if it's a lot, the only monitor you just transferred that post-it to the bottom, a part of this flip chart, under name monitor. But if John is someone that you need to act immediately, maybe because he's so powerful that you want his job, the port, or maybe he is show a pig or is that you need to also to make something to avoid or to block this kind of negative action. The first column is just below the word who, and then 10, for every single post at your place, you need to win certain things. The other columns to the second column is what we're about do you will be doing to stop it. Jon, if he is a positive to support or to empower more or to do something to make John more positive Dave, or if John is a negative, what you can do to block or to turn John into an ally.

Then the third column you need to put why or why you were taking this action in Y you believe that this is the right thing to do. So it's just a reality check. So you put an action. I need to have lunch with this person. I need to ask the sponsor to contact her or him. I need to change the scope of the project.

So you have real actions and then you need to answer, why do you think this action will solve the problem or it will mitigate the problem. And then the fourth fallen. It's the impact? What does it do you need to put here? What does the same time we packed up the action or not the impact of the person?
