Hello, everyone. Welcome to the five Minutes BM Podcast. I remember when I was eight, nine years old, that one of the most important things that my parents said to me all the time is that you can not lie. You cannot lie. A lie is not good. You must always tell the truth. And now when we are now adults in our projects, we need to continue think and like that.

But a lot of people just on this way of growth, we are just trying to become more sophisticated in the way. We've just forgot to tell the truth. And we are trying to be hiding things from the reports, not telling the right things in the meetings about the status report of our projects. This is pretty much, but in the, in a bit elaborate we did when we were four, five, six, seven a year old.

And we need again to understand that this is not please. It not this Podcast none. Not a matter of personal judgement and the core values have the life. No, no, Nope. I'm talking about projects. I'm talking about success of your project. This is extremely bad for the project, extremely bad for the organization and extremely bad for you in the video. And if you lose your reputation, you lose one of the most important assets as the project manager, because you wear there Xactly to drive change and to be a trustable source. So even if it's hurting, even if it's painful, you need to work very, very hard to make it work.
