He explains that in the first few months of this year, 4.3 million people resigned in the United States. This phenomenon is not unique to the US. It is happening worldwide. Ricardo comments on the influence of the pandemic on this behavior and on four factors that lead people to resign.

He explains that people's perception is different, and if we create a personal reference, it will have a different interpretation.
